Personal studies, meditations, and reformed theology notes for spiritual edification.
From infancy to adulthood, and often to death, a child’s number one Hero is his Dad. He looks up to him, expects from him and study (trained) from him what true Manhood is. Every boy is born Male, but he needs his Father as both a yard stick and a guide to mature into Manhood. Michael Foster rightly said “Through the oversight of the Father and encouragement of Male peers, a Boy over years builds the confidence and Masterly of Manhood.”
This article explores the theological significance of Adam’s fall and its implications for the nature of humanity. It examines historical debates surrounding original sin, human free will, and spiritual death while emphasizing the central theme of rebellion against God as the root of human sinfulness. Drawing from biblical passages and theologians such as A.W. Pink, Spurgeon, and Rushdoony, the piece argues that humanity’s deepest problem is not merely sinful actions but a sinful nature inherited from Adam. It also critiques modern cultural views about God, morality, and religion, concluding with the Christian message of redemption through Christ as the only solution to humanity’s fallen condition.
